Course Details
Melusine Diploma 3 focuses on creating restaurant-standard food, with particular focus on plating and presentation and is designed for those who wish to advance their skills and deepen their technical cooking knowledge.
It is suitable for highly confident home cooks who have completed our Diploma 2 course or for those with professional experience looking to learn more about vegan cooking.
Melusine Diploma 3 is comprised of 3 levels – Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 - each 5 days. Whilst designed to be taken together, it is possible to book the levels individually with stand-alone menus for each week.
On this advanced course, you will refine your skills, creating innovative and beautifully presented dishes that are of restaurant quality and learn how to develop vegan menus that are sure to impress.
Each level of Melusine Diploma 3 will cover:
- Advanced techniques in vegan desserts, sauces and fermentation
- Refine your use of flavour and focus on flavour pairings and texture combinations
- Use locally sourced seasonal vegetables in imaginative and modern ways
- Focus on plating techniques to present beautiful dishes in different ways, all at restaurant standard
- Leave with a full recipe pack plus a glossary of ingredients and techniques
This course is designed as a follow-on for those that have completed Diploma 2 but can also be taken as a stand-alone course, depending on your experience.
