#CookForUkraine Eastern European Evening
Course Details
Join us on our Eastern European evening and #CookForUkraine. 100% of ticket sales from this course will go to UNICEF via the #CookForUkraine campaign.
Explore the hearty flavours of Eastern European cuisine and make dishes popular in Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Lithuania and Ukraine.
Join us and cook some winter warmers inspired by the food of Eastern Europe, using staple ingredients such as beetroot, potato, cabbage and mushrooms.
On this evening course we will make dishes such as:
- Pierogi with Mushrooms and Sauerkraut
- Borsht – Beetroot Soup
- Mushroom Goulash
- Golubtsi – Stuffed Cabbage Leaves
The evening will be a mix of hands on and demonstration.
The course ends with a sit down meal around our dining table to enjoy the food made. Please bring a plastic container if you wish to take some of your food home with you. You will leave with a full recipe pack so you can recreate the dishes at home.
