Melusine Diploma 2 is an intensive 10-day course that covers all aspects of vegan cooking and will deepen your understanding of ingredients, techniques and flavours.
It is ideal for aspiring chefs seeking vegan training - the knowledge gained can be used to help launch yourself into the food industry, just as many Demuths Vegan Diploma Alumni have done.
But you don’t have to be doing the course for professional reasons – if you are a keen foodie and a confident home cook wishing to broaden their technical knowledge and perfect your skills, then this course is also perfect for you.
Over the 2 weeks, you will:

- Learn how to use vegan ingredients in a variety of ways
