Located in the heart of beautiful Bath, in the stunning kitchen that housed the renowned Demuths Cookery School for over 10 years, the ethos at Morso is that food is a pleasure to cook, eat and share.
We aim to impress using fresh, locally-sourced and seasonal produce in new and exciting ways. And our food is for everyone to enjoy, not just vegans.

About Matt & Georgia, Morso Vegan Founders
We met in 2016 whilst working together in Bristol, and have been eating, living and working together ever since! Food is our passion and we are here to share that passion with the world.
Many of you will know us from Demuths Cookery School. Georgia took over as manager of Demuths in 2017 and not long after Matt left his position as Head Chef to join as Lead Tutor.
For over 20 years Demuths Cookery School was the leading authority on plant based cooking. That knowledge and experience is the foundation of Morso Vegan.
