Morso Vegan Launch Party
After a busy few weeks rebranding from Demuths Cookery School to Morso Vegan, it was so lovely to celebrate with friends, family and colleagues as well as meeting some wonderful new people who came to show their support.
As well as a cookery demo from Matt, lots of canapés were enjoyed by our guests. On the menu -
- Raspberry and chocolate macarons
- Baby Bao Buns with hoisin carrot, spicy mayonnaise and pickled mooli
- Mini lemon meringue pie
- Spiced potato bon bons with a tomato and tamarind chutney
- Rye crackers with horseradish cream and beetroot done 3 ways
- Salted caramel cheesecake
- Sesame tofu sushi
