Italian Street Food
Course Details
Here at Morso we are big fans of Italy – everything from the culture to the weather and of course, the food. We love ambling through quiet backstreets and stumbling upon a hidden gem that’s serving up delicious local specialities.
On this half day course we will recreate some of our favourites, giving you a whirlwind tour of regional Italian street food.
We will make a selection of mouth-watering dishes such as:
- Apulian Panzerotti
- Sgagliozze from Bari
- Sfincione from Sicily
- Genoese Farinata
- Olive Ascolana from Marche
This half day class will have lots of hands-on cooking along with some demonstration plus lots of tips, talking and tasting.
The course ends with a sit-down meal around our dining table to enjoy the food made.
Please bring a plastic container if you wish to take some of your food home with you. You will leave with a full recipe pack so you can recreate the dishes at home.
