Vegan Patisserie Weekend
Course Details
We are very excited to be bringing you this brand new course focusing on advanced patisserie. With time needed for doughs to prove and creams to set, the course will run over 2 days. A whole weekend of creating delicious sweet treats!
On this 2 day course we will use a variety of ingredients and techniques to veganise some classics such as:
- Croissants filled with pistachio cream
- Cannoli
- Chocolate tarts
- Cruffins with a caramelised pecan filling
- Tiramisu
- Macarons
Places will sell fast - we are keeping the class size small to maximise the amount of hands-on cooking and giving you the chance to ask lots of questions. And to help counteract all the sugar, we will cook up something savoury for lunch on both days! There will be lots of sweet treats to take home so please bring some plastic containers with you. At the end of the weekend you will leave with a comprehensive recipe pack.
