Join us for a week of cooking innovative plant-based plates.

Whether you are an experienced cook, keen foodie or newly vegan, this week is sure to inspire, giving you a hands-on deep-dive into modern plant-based cooking.

On this 5-day course we will share with you some of our favourite foods and you will learn techniques and skills that you will be able to apply to your own cooking.

We will cover –

  • Some of our favourite dishes from around the world
  • How to showcase seasonal vegetables through elevating their flavours and textures with innovative small plates
  • Learning about kombucha, kefir and good gut health
  • Different doughs (making sourdough and in turn making sourdough pizza with your own vegan cheese, making brioche and transforming it into delicious French toast served with homemade ice cream)
  • Fancy plates perfect for dinner parties including a gorgeous fresh pasta dish
  • Inspiration for quick and easy mid-week meals that focus on balanced nutrition
  • Making tofu so delicious it can win over any hater (and trust us, we’ve had a few!)
  • Tiramisu, cheesecake and other desserts so good no one would ever guess they weren’t the ‘real’ thing!

The content of the week will also feature a select few recipes from our range of evening courses, making it perfect for anyone who has ever thought ‘ah I love the look of their evening classes, but I just live too far away’!

As with all our classes, it is super hands on giving you the time to master kitchen essentials such as knife skills, seasoning and plating.
