We often find ourselves saying in our classes 'anyone who doesn't like tofu just hasn't had it done well!' and it's something we firmly believe in - so much so that not only has this become our motto, but we are somewhat determined to win over all the tofu-haters out there!
Not only is it a great source of protein, tofu is a truly versatile ingredient - join us on this evening class and we will show you how we've won over everyone who's ever said to us they don't like it!
We will talk through the difference between firm and silken tofu before using both in a variety of ways, cooking dishes such as -
- Spicy Tofu with 'Egg' Fried Rice
- Crispy Sesame Tofu with Tofu Mayonnaise
- A zingy and wonderfully creamy Lemon Posset
You will leave with lots of ideas, a booklet of all the recipes and a new found love of tofu!
